We are constantly expanding our production capacities and investing in the modernization of production technology and in the expansion of our production portfolio. In addition to stainless steel and aluminum, we are also able to weld carbon steel, whose properties make it very popular with customers. We focused further investments mainly on innovations and the modernization of our sheet metal cutting technology. These are technologies that create faster and more efficient operations and workflows.
The modern technologies used include TRUMPF 3040 (FIBER) laser cutting centers, AMADA HFE series presses and TRUMPF TruBend 8600 presses, and FRONIUS and EWM welding machines. Robotic welding technology using the Valk-Welding gantry robot with the possibility of welding products up to 2.5 x 7.5 meters in size is also an integral part of our welding capabilities. We use a LISSMAC SMB series grinding machine for pre-surface treatment.

Cutting
Thanks to state-of-the-art TRUMPF machines, we can optimize and automate the entire range of sheet metal processing.
Bending
We use bending presses to bend sheet metal and work with modern CNC machines suitable for both series production and prototyping of complex shapes.
Welding
Our main activity is welding. Welding is a process used to create a permanent joint between two or more metal parts.
Machining
We also perform various types of conventional machining. We also outsource machining on CNC centers.
